Simark Controls Limited is a 100% Canadian owned, service oriented, “Value Added Distributing Company” specializing in the Sales and Service of high quality instrumentation and electrical products.

Simark Controls specializes in the development and assembly of engineered Variable Frequency Drive systems. Additionally, we are providers of state of the art Gas and Fire Detection products, Flow Metering equipment, Level Monitoring equipment and a series of compact Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Gas Flow Computers that provide Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) functions for use in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Incorporated in 1971, Simark Controls’ Head Office and Production Facilities are located in Calgary, Alberta.

Branch Offices located in Edmonton and Lloydminster, Alberta; Ft. St. John, Prince George and Vancouver, British Columbia provide Sales and Service Support.

Simark Controls employs a staff of 60, thirteen of whom are Technical Sales Representatives providing solutions to Customers in the Oil and Gas, Forestry, Mining, Power, Municipal, Food and Industrial market places in Western Canada. Our team of factory trained Service Technicians are available on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis in order to provide our Customers with startup, commissioning and troubleshooting services.

The highly skilled and trained employees of Simark are the key assets of the company. The technical staff is certified by the appropriate organizations in a variety of trades thus ensuring the quality and dependability of our products and services.

Simark Controls’ ISO-9001 Quality Assurance Program encompasses all aspects of the company’s operation. The Quality Program is a continuous improvement program designed to improve the quality of products and services we provide to our Customers.
